Offers are tasks you can complete to earn rewards; each Offer lists its requirements and reward. Deals are product discounts or incentives, and qualifying Deal purchases can earn points under the listed terms. Check the terms before starting and use your Points page to review activity reported to your account.
Deal points should appear as "pending" within 24 hours of purchase. Offer points should appear as "pending" within 24 hours of completing the task. Check your Points page for activity.
Pending points are earnings that haven't been finalized yet. Pending earnings from both Deals and Offers generally settle in 30–60 days, depending on the advertiser; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline for every transaction. Settlement is separate from delivery of a gift card after redemption. See reward timing explained for the distinction.
Yes. Everyone can advance up to 1,500 points from their pending earnings to use right away. This is shown as your "advanced" balance — think of it as an interest-free advance on earnings you've already locked in. Your Points page shows your current maximum advance and how much remains available; points already advanced are not an additional bonus.
Pending earnings are not the same as points available to spend. The account calculation includes confirmed points and pending earnings available to advance, and accounts for pending redemptions and points already advanced. For example, points reserved for a pending gift card cannot also fund a second redemption. Check the calculation on your Points page for your current amounts.
Points do not expire while your account remains in good standing, subject to these Terms of Service and any applicable program rules.
